SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Spain to destinations within Spain and the European Union. Estimated delivery times range between 1 and 5 business days (Spain), 10 and 15 business days (UE), although delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination and order details.
Damaged Products
If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging. In such cases, a replacement or refund will be offered as appropriate.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged during shipping. Returns due to change of mind are not accepted. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
